Touch Foam is a proprietary material originally developed and produced by Quinze and Milan. Touch Foam refers to the result of a chemical reaction between the polyurethane foam and different layers, with different compositions, sprayed on it. Touch Foam is a flame, water and weather resistant compound that can be best cleaned by using lukewarm water and a soft detergent (not aggressive cleaning agents or bleach) Touch Foam contains a UV filter to prevent fading from the sun. Small plugs (air vents) are integrated in the base and coating of the foam that functions as a pressure regulator inside the foam and are presented as small holes at the bottom of the furniture.
