A range of traditional Valencian Paella Pans, available in a number of different materials & finishes and range from individial portion or tapas sizes through to giant catering or party size pans Polished steel Paella Pans are the most traditional of the materials used. They are robust, strong and good value allowing you to have a variety of pans to cater for different numbers of family or guests. The Garcima Paella Pans are very high quality, made from cold laminated steel, spun to form the pan shape. Each pan is then polished by hand. Being steel, they will rust if left wet, but a small coat of cooking oil wiped over the pan after each use will ensure that these pans will give many years of service. The Enamelled Paella pans are easier to keep clean than their polished Steel counterparts. They are also oven-proof if you want to finish your dish off in the oven. Being enamelled, they do not need to be kept oiled when not in use and will look as good as new after many years.
