HSP Garden Buildings. A natural progression from building insulated Summerhouse was the creation of Special Commissions and Home Extensions. These fully insulated, double glazed made to measure buildings can be created to almost proportion, usually without the need for planning permission (Please check with your local authority, or download a "Form A" from their website, too confirm what is permitted) Projects have included domestic kitchen extensions, home offices, playrooms & porches. Also commercial structures, restaurants, meeting rooms & showroom entrances. The structure provides these functions without compromising its appearance. We have raised the eaves level above that of our standard buildings to retain proportion and can add partitioning walls, to create extra rooms which might provide a storage section, pantry or changing area. Panels are also interchangeable so the building can be orientated to suit its surroundings, exact details of which can be discussed before ordering. Our ability to pre-wire the building for sockets, lighting and computer networking in cooperation with the client further increases its flexibility. Double glazing, Celotex insulation (even under the floor), solid timber T & G flooring (choice of finishes) also add to its appeal, and a choice of literally any colour (even colour matching) complete a truly superior structure. Most installations are complete in one or two days, and the rooms are ready to use straight away. Unlike a traditional building or extension: No decorating - we have done that for you at the factory, any colour or one shade inside, one shade out. No additional flooring work, electrics or lighting – that can all be completed for you too. Most customers can simply place their furniture or desks and begin using their new rooms that evening! With prices under what you would pay for a bricks and mortar extension, this really is truly unique and beautiful way to extend your living or commercial space. Sizes stated are internal dimensions and represent the usable space inside the building. Please download the Base Plan below for external measurements & ground plan specifications. A plywood floor is fitted as standard, ready for you to tile, carpet or laminate to your own requirements.
