This Teak timber is sourced from West Africa and the East Indies where the furniture in manufactured under Alexander Rose supervision to ensure consistent high quality.
Teak is exceptionally durable, containing a high proportion of natural oils which ensure a silky smooth finish, good looks and properly maintained will last for generations. It is ideally suited to endure the extremes of a European climate. Left untreated it will naturally turn a soft, silvery grey and should be cleaned with soapy water.
