This set comprises of Garcima's “Plus” burners burner (25% more powerful than the standard 600mm gas burner). Here you can have the choice of either a 600mm gas burner or a 700mm gas burner (with the option of a 600mm Pro Burner if you need to use the set indoors). The advantage with the larger burner it can take pans up to 100cm if that is a requirement. These burners are more powerful than their standard counterparts giving the ability to cook with a larger pan without the need to change burners. The set comes with the 90cm polished steel or enameled steel Paella pan, the burner of your choice, a very sturdy braced tripod stand, gas hose, propane regulator and a 65cm beech handled paella skimmer spoon. This size is extremely popular with caterers of all types giving up to about 50 servings (tapas size). The burner will run on both Propane & Butane. It has been fully adjusted to UK gas pressures and is fully CE certified.
