This set comprises of Garcima's “Plus” burner (25% more powerful than the standard gas burner). This burner can also take up to a 90cm paella pan giving even more flexibility. Comes with the 80cm polished steel or enamelled steel Paella pan, a very sturdy braced tripod stand, gas hose, propane regulator and a 65cm beech handled paella skimmer spoon. This Paella set can serve up to 30 portions of paella which makes it perfect for small-scale catering or as an additional set. The burner will run on both Propane & Butane. It has been fully adjusted to UK gas pressures and is fully CE certified.
